The US Embassy
in Colombo recently issued an official communique stating that applicants for
non-immigrant US visas in Sri Lanka should make their payments through branches
of DFCC Vardhana Bank.
Speaking of the facility, Mr Achintha Hewanayake, Chief Technical and Service Officer, DFCC Vardhana Bank stated: “DVB is fully geared to accept non-immigrant US visa payments. Anyone wishing to make such a payment would be able complete the transaction in a matter of minutes by visiting any of our DVB branches.” DVB has an extensive banking network of 137 branches located across Sri Lanka.
