Hair and beauty expert turned fashion designer,Johann Peiris of ‘The Cutting Station’ will mark 25 years in the field, with a fashion show titled ‘XXV by Johann’ is set to be held at Hotel Hilton in Colombo on 22nd October 2013.

Speaking to the media yesterday (24), Johann said, “the motivation behind XXV was to celebrate fashion over the last decade and a half and is also a way for me to thank so many people who have supported me on my journey in fashion.”

‘XXV by Johann’ will feature some of Sri Lanka’s foremost fashion designers, namely Lou Ching Wong, Dharshi Keerthisena, Michael Wijesuriya, Purnima Abeyrathne, Chrysanthi Fernandopulle, Dhammika Amarasekera, Ruchira Karunaratne and Channa Wijewardena.

Tickets, priced at Rs. 4,000 can be purchased from The Cutting Station and Waters’ Edge.

Proceeds will be donated to Alzheimer Foundation.
