Samsung
Electronics Pvt Ltd. Sri Lanka officially unveiled their first Customer Contact
Centre recently. Bellvantage was named the official sourcing partner for the Samsung
Customer Contact Centre, located at 33 Park Street, Colombo. The Call Centre
was ceremoniously opened by Mr. H. K. Chang, Managing Director, Samsung India Electronics
Limited, Sri Lanka.
The
first call made to the centre was by Mr. H. K. Chang, Managing Director, Samsung India Electronics Limited, Sri Lanka. The Samsung Customer
Contact Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services offered by the
center include inbound and outbound services such as a direct help line, inquiry
line, follow up line and a direct customer satisfaction survey line.
One
of the key services offered at the Call Centre is that Samsung customers can
now register any Samsung product for an official warranty supported via the
Call Centre hotline. The General Inquiries line also applies to support all
other Samsung products. The Customer Contact Centre functions with global
standards as they use the latest call centre platforms and technology to
provide customers with the best service. Samsung is dedicated to upholding the
highest standards which is what the brand Strives to achieve in all aspects of service.
