brand-new Kia cars winners |
Colourful celebrations have been held in Muscat, as
delighted winners of a joint Oman Air Inflight and Muscat Duty Free promotion
accepted the keys to their prizes of brand-new Kia cars.
The winners of the promotion, customer Ms INTISAR AL
KINDY, who won a Kia Cerato and Oman Air staff members Nasseer Al Kindy who won
a Kia Rio and Ms Ausara Saleem who won a Kia Picanto, were announced at a
ceremony held at Oman Air Catering, along with various other cabin crew staff
who won rewards in different categories. Each winner, together with Oman Air, Muscat
Duty Free and Kia Oman managers and staff, as well as members of the media, was
then invited to dine on a mouth-watering meal prepared by the national carrier
of the Sultanate of Oman’s catering experts.
The presentations followed the launch, earlier this
year, of a series of promotions by Oman Air Inflight Duty Free and Muscat Duty
Free, aimed at both customers and staff.
From April, every passenger who spent more than OR50
on Oman Air Inflight Duty Free’s exciting range of products was offered the
chance of winning a KIA car in the
airline’s exciting raffle.
In parallel, Oman Air’s Inflight Duty Free teams and
staff from Muscat Duty Free also had the opportunity to win one of two Kia cars. One went to the member of staff who sold the most
Duty Free items and the other was awarded to the salesperson with the second
highest number of sales.
Andrew Walsh, Chief Officer- Airport Operations of
Oman Air, said:
“I am delighted to have presented these superb cars
to our valued customer, INTISAR
AL KINDY, and to our hard-working members of staff, Nasseer Al Kindy and Ausara
Saleem. Congratulations to each of the winners who, I am sure, will greatly enjoy driving away their new prizes.
I would like to thank all those customers who entered the raffle for taking
part. I would also like to thank all those members of the Oman Air Inflight
Duty Free and Muscat Duty Free teams whose outstanding efforts have made this
promotion a great success.
Eng. Abdulaziz Alraisi, Chief Officer - Management
Affairs of Oman Air and the chairman of Muscat Duty Free added:
“Muscat Duty Free takes pride in offering an extensive
variety of products that provide Oman Air passengers an elite inflight shopping
experience by providing an array of attractive products. This promotional
scheme serves as an appreciation and recognition towards Oman Air’s loyal
passengers.”
