Capt.

Performance Committee, commented:
“Over
the last two years, Oman Air has put great effort into improving our service
standards and these latest figures show that we are achieving our ambitious
targets.
“On-time
performance is a key measure of an airline’s ability to deliver a high quality
service and meet customers’ expectations, and our achievement of nearly 90%
throughout 2013 puts Oman Air at the highest levels within the air travel
industry.
“I
would like to thank our staff within the Flight Operations department, and at
the many airports across our network, for their hard work and commitment, and
our customers for their invaluable feedback.”
Oman
Air’s impressive on-time performance figures were achieved against a background
of an increase in passenger figures of 16%, to around five million; a 30% increase
in loads and an increase in seat factors to 76%.
