The University Grants Commission (UGC) released the z score marks which will select students to national universities for the academic year 2013/2014 based on the 2013 GCE AL results.Old Syllabus Minimum “2” Scores for selection to various Courses of Study in respect of each district The UGC released the z score marks which will select students to national universities for the academic year 2013/2014 based on the 2013 GCE AL results. 

A total of 246, 665 students sat for the 2013 GCE AL examination and 143,740 students were eligible to enter universities. Out of this number, 55,988 students had applied for university admission and the UGC selected 24, 178 students under the normal intake for 88 Bachelor Degree Programs, a UGC release stated.
